How to order your FREE 500 Business cards.

Terms & Conditions: Voucher can only be claimed once and subject to availability.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash and is non-refundable. Voucher expires
and all artwork must be approved by 3:00pm, Friday 28/07/2023.

1. Login or Register online.

2. Once registered and/or logged in choose 'Custom Quotes' on your Dashboard, then log into that portal.
3. Click 'Get Price'. Choose the product '500 FREE Business Cards'.
4. Click 'Add' to add the item to your cart, then click 'Checkout'.
5. Choose a contact that we can send the soft PDF proof to. If your name is not on the drop-down list, click the yellow + icon to add another contact. We just need a name and an email address.
6. In the Delivery section, choose a physical address to deliver to and a contact person for that delivery. If the address you need is not in the drop-down section, click the + icon to add another.

Do the same for the Contact name.

Choose 'Courier' as your delivery method.

7. Under the Summary area, enter the Promo code WPEXPO23 and click 'Apply' to redeem. The voucher will remove the print costs leaving only shipping.
8. Click 'Place Order'.

If you have an account with us -
You will be directed to an 'Artwork Upload' page. 

If you do not have an account with us - You will be directed to a standard payment portal, enter your payment information to progress to the 'Artwork Upload' area. 
9. On the 'Artwork Upload' page, you’ll see two areas to upload files, one which says ‘print-ready PDF’ and the other 'Supporting Document'. Please ignore 'Supporting Documents in this case. You will need to upload your print-ready file into the ‘Print Ready PDF’ section.

You can either drag and drop your file or select the ‘no file selected’ and a file browser window will pop up, once your file has been selected you will need to click ‘upload’ and your file will be uploaded. Please wait until your file has fully uploaded and you can see a thumbnail before you progress.

When your file has been uploaded, click 'Confirm' on the bottom right of the page.

Your order has been placed and your file will now begin the preflight process.
What is Preflight? After you've uploaded a file to a job and confirmed, your file will go through 'Preflight'. The preflight process is an automated process that does some general ‘file checking', and will let you know if your file is good to go to print.

Once the preflight is completed the person who created the job will receive an email stating whether the file has passed, passed with concerns or failed. (

A proof email will be sent with an approval link once your file has passed preflight. You will need to 'Approve' your proof before your cards can begin printing. (
