What happens to my files when we move to the new system?

No need to worry, you’ll still have access to the old system so that you can see your old files, invoices, etc. The only thing is you won’t be able to order via this portal anymore.

I don’t have access to the Custom Quoting tool, how can I get access?

Get in touch with one of the team by emailing us at support@wholesaleprint.co.nzxt, and we’ll sort you out with a login.

Can I order all the same products that you have on the current website?

You sure can, plus so much more! We offer more customisable options than ever before, and if you are after something more bespoke you can request a custom quote via the system.

Will you have resources available for how to order and supplying files for this system?

Yes we do! You will be able to find all our resources online once you've logged into the Custom Quote Tool. In the menu just select 'Resources', and all our resources will be available there for you to view!
